Mary Jilek is a deputy director of talent management at the International Rescue Committee. In this role, she creates, implements, and supports programs for IRC staff around the world related to learning & development and performance management. Mary holds a master’s degree in International Educational Development. In her spare time, she enjoys writing, bird watching, and learning guitar.
