What We’re Looking For:
The Business Analyst is responsible for the integrity of all SE Exec Ed policies and processes. The Business Analyst will work with internal stakeholders and will be responsible for the implementation of new products and services across all student engagement teams. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for providing resource and capacity guidance to managers across student engagement teams.

Business Operations
- Key Drivers: Change Management, Implementation of new products, processes and services
- Accountable for development and implementation of all SE (Exec Ed) product policies for existing and future product development.
- Development and maintenance of ongoing policy reviews
- Responsible for the implementation and change management of new products and services across all student engagement teams.
- Project Manage all SE Exec Ed strategic priorities
- Create and implementation of new operational processes

Ad-hoc Projects
- Key Drivers: Exec Ed Priorities
- Involvement in key ad hoc business priority oriented projects as assigned by the Director of Credential Management. This can include, and is not limited to, strategic planning, development and implementation of solution outlines for key initiatives and stakeholder engagement strategies as required
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
- 5+ years regulatory and operations management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business management and relevant field
- People management and optimization experience required for future department growth
- Proven data and process management skills
- Proven communicator and expert stakeholder management experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and preferably Google Sheets
- Advance powerpoint creation and presentation skills
