Megan Gift is 2U’s chief of staff. With over 15 years of leadership experience streamlining strategic initiatives, Gift excels at overseeing change management and guiding interdepartmental and cross-cultural communications.
Gift joined 2U in 2013 and held a variety of key senior-level roles where she was responsible for communications and corporate citizenship before becoming chief of staff in 2017. Prior to 2U, Gift was a strategy and marketing consultant, created communication and business development strategies in the nonprofit sector, and led corporate services and county operations for an African technology company based in Ghana.
A seasoned chief of staff with a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt, Gift also earned an MBA from the 2U-powered MBA@UNC program at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. She lives in Wake Forest, NC, with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys collecting art, painting with her daughter, playing board games, listening to records, and giving back to her community.
